Leader of the Conservative Group on the City of Lincoln Council
County Councillor for Waddington and Hykeham East

Elected in May 2016, Thomas is currently the youngest councillor on the City Council, as well as Leader of the Conservative Group. He is working hard to make sure that the residents of Witham are heard and that they are having their voice heard at City Hall. 

Thomas was also elected as a county councillor in May 2021, representing Waddington and Hykeham East.
