Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group on the City of Lincoln Council

 Hilton is the County Councillor for Witham and Swallow Beck Division having won his seat in May 2017, and City Councillor for Witham Ward following his election back onto the City Council in 2018.

Hilton is a long serving member of our Association and has been Chairman in the past, as well as his service as a councillor in both the City and County Councils.
