City of Lincoln Councillor for Witham Ward

Hilton is the City Councillor for Witham Ward following his election back onto the City Council in 2018 and servied as County Councillor for Witham and Swallow Beck Division from May 2017 until May 2025. 

Hilton is a long serving member of our Association and has been Chairman in the past, as well as his service as a councillor in both the City and County Councils.
