Lindsay was first elected onto North Kesteven District Council in 2011, in Bracebridge Heath and Waddington East. Lindsey was re-elected to North Kesteven District Council in May 2023.

In addition to this, Lindsey was elected as the County Councillor for Washingborough in May 2017 and is the local association organiser for our Conservative Policy Forum meetings.
