Rachel was elected as a councillor for Hartsholme Ward on 5 May 2022 at the local elections.
Rachel was born and raised in Lincoln and lives in the city with her husband and family.
Rachel has had careers in both business and public service, gaining skills that she uses to help people address concerns on a wide range of issues, Rachel brings this experience to the role of being a councillor, to improve her Ward and the lives of her residents.

Rachel and Cllr Dave Clarkson hold regular Ward Surgeries on the last Wednesday of each month from 2.00pm - 3.00pm at Life Church, Birchwood Avenue as follows and on the second Wednesday of each month from 10.00am - 11.00am at the Recreation Area, Risby Green Housing Complex, Bucknall Avenue / Scawby Crescent.
