Given the lack of public consultation and the way in which the decision to cancel the Lincoln Christmas Market has been made by Labour to cancel Lincoln's Christmas Market, the Conservative Group on the Council will formally ‘call-in’ the decision.
This will mean a scrutiny committee of the Council will have to look again at how this decision was made.
