Thomas was first elected in May 2016 as a City of Lincoln Councillor for Witham Ward where he now serves as Leader of the Conservative Group and official opposition.
Jane has been a party member for over 35 years and has been a council candidate in the past. As well as being Deputy Chairman of Lincoln Association, she is also chairman of the Lincolnshire Area Conservative Women's Organisation.
