Alister is the latest edition to the Conservative Group and is a City Councillor for the Castle Ward. He recently graduated with a Degree in Law from the University of Lincoln.
Until the May 2011 elections, Alister was the Portfolio Holder for Planning Policy and served on both the Executive and Asset Management Group.
